Stepe Soccer Academy is a Macon, Georgia-based training program built for players who want more than a run-around practice. Every session is designed with a purpose — sharpen the technique, challenge the decisions, and build the mentality of a competitor.

Coach Chris Stepe

I've played the game at the highest levels of youth and college soccer — Mercer University at the Division I level and MLS Next — and I know exactly what it takes to get there. Now I'm bringing that experience home to Macon to help the next generation of players chase the same path.

I coach resilience — the ability to fail, adjust, and go again. I know what a real training environment looks like because I lived it, and I know how to translate that for a young player without breaking their love of the game. This is my first year coaching, and every session gets my full attention: emotional safety first, then relentless technical development.
